Update as of April 01st 2024 :

1. Currently, our Cat grooming service is fully booked, and we are unable to open up additional slots at the moment. If you are willing to be on the waiting list, please send us a message. Kindly understand that slot availability isn't guaranteed.

2. Attention new customers: Our current fastest wait time is 6-8 weeks or more. If you're willing to wait, please send us the New Customer Appointment Request Form along with your dog's recent photo. We'll assist you in scheduling as soon as possible, either before or after working hours. Please understand that our working hours are dedicated entirely to serving dog clients, and most of the time may not to responding to appointments. Additionally, please understand that availability cannot be guaranteed.

Before requesting an appointment, please read these booking guidelines, whether you are a new or returning customer :

  1. Please read Our Policies before any service of your pet's appointment today. 

  2. If you are a new customer, please complete the New Customer Information Form (the form is located at the bottom of this page) and provide a recent photo of your dog. This will help us better arrange our services for you accurately. Please note that we will not accept your appointment request until we receive the form and photo.

  3. Please note, that when you send us a booking request, we will arrange it based on our actual schedule. Please give us as much detail as you can about your dog in our online form and we will call you back soon to find a suitable day and time. 

  4. Currently, there is a 6-8 week waiting period for salon appointments, and our availability is limited. We can only offer services on weekdays. Fridays and Saturdays are fully booked until the end of 2024 unless our recurring grooming clients reschedule or cancel their appointments.

  5. Please note that the service time is for reference only. The actual grooming time is approximately 3-4 hours / wash or tidy time is approximately 2-2.5 hours and is subject to adjustment based on the condition of each dog. 

  6. To ensure a comfortable grooming experience for every dog, at LAZZZYPAWS, unlike other busy salons, we provide one-on-one service. We never rush our work, allowing dogs the freedom to move around and enjoy a stress-free and relaxed grooming service. If you prefer a fast-paced environment, this may not be the right place for you.

  7. Please understand that our salon has limited space, so as soon as your pet has completed its grooming, we will message you. We require you to pick up your pet within 1 hour of this message being sent. Please let us know if you need to take longer than 1 hour, and you will be charged a daycare fee of $10 hourly, added to the groom's cost. Please note each dog/cat daycare is a maximum of 4 hours.

  8. Please be aware that if your dog has matted, there will be an additional fee of $20 for every 15 minutes required to de-matted it. The exact amount will depend on how long it takes us to complete the process.

  9. If your dog has not had grooming for over 12 weeks (3 months), an additional fee of $20 will be charged for special shampoo.

  10. As the salon has limited grooming space, we ensure that all dogs have enough space to enjoy their grooming. To confirm your appointment, a deposit of $50 per dog will be charged upon booking.

  11. A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to cancel/change an appointment. The salon is run by appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late this impacts the entire day. Your deposit will not be refunded if you don't show up or cancellations are made within 72 hours of your booking, and you will be charged with a mandatory payment of 50% of your pet's scheduled service given, and future bookings may not be made.

  12. At Lazzzypaws, we very much care about the health, safety, care, and comfort of your pet are our primary concerns and purpose. We strive to offer a quality professional service for all clients and their pets; we must work together.

BOOKING REQUEST

If you are a new customer, please send us the NEW CLIENTS FORM and provide detailed information about your grooming needs along with recent photos of your dog. We will contact you as soon as we receive your form.

 

For existing customers, there is no need to fill out the form again. Simply send a text message to our salon on 0435303377, and we will promptly arrange an appointment upon receiving your message.
